Shipping Policy

Processing times, carriers, restricted states, and PACT Act compliance

1. Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after successful payment and age verification. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays are processed the next business day.

2. Adult Signature Required (21+)

In compliance with the PACT Act and federal law, all shipments containing vape products require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. The carrier will verify ID. We are not responsible for packages refused, returned, or undeliverable due to absence of an adult signer.

3. Carriers & Methods

We ship via regional and private carriers approved to handle nicotine/vape products. Standard delivery is typically 3–8 business days depending on destination. Expedited options may be available at checkout subject to carrier eligibility.

4. Shipping Restrictions / Prohibited Locations

Due to state and local restrictions, flavor bans, or carrier policies, we may not ship to certain states, cities, or ZIP codes. Currently restricted or limited destinations include (subject to change):

  • Utah, Vermont, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, New York, New Jersey, California (flavor restrictions), Washington D.C., Chicago, IL, San Francisco, CA, and other jurisdictions with active vape/flavor bans.
  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses, P.O. boxes for signature-required shipments, and U.S. territories where prohibited.
  • International addresses (we ship within the United States only).

Orders to restricted locations will be canceled and refunded. You are responsible for knowing your local laws. We may update this list at any time to comply with new regulations.

5. Excise Taxes & PACT Act Reporting

Where required, applicable state and local vape/nicotine excise taxes are collected at checkout. As a PACT Act-compliant retailer, we file required monthly reports with state tax authorities and verify all purchasers’ ages and addresses.

6. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and method. Free shipping promotions, when offered, apply only to eligible orders and destinations.

7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, risk of loss passes to you. We will assist with carrier claims for packages lost in transit (not delivered within 14 business days after ship date) or arriving visibly damaged. Contact support@ebvapes.com within 7 days of delivery with photos for damage claims.

8. Incorrect Addresses

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses, refused delivery, or failed signature attempts are subject to reshipment fees or a restocking fee.

9. Order Tracking

Tracking is emailed once your label is created. You can also view tracking from your account dashboard.
