1. Minimum Age Requirement
Online Vape Shop USA is intended exclusively for adults 21 years of age or older. By accessing the Site, you certify that you are at least 21. We do not sell to anyone under 21 under any circumstances.
2. Federal Law (Tobacco 21)
Under federal law (Tobacco 21), it is illegal to sell any tobacco or nicotine product, including electronic nicotine delivery systems (ENDS), to a person under 21. State and local minimum ages may be higher.
3. Verification at Account Creation & Checkout
You must affirm your age when creating an account, browsing certain pages, and at checkout. Misrepresenting your age is a violation of these Terms and of federal and state law.
4. Third-Party Verification
We use independent third-party age verification services that cross-reference your name, address, and date of birth against public and commercial databases. If we cannot verify you electronically, we may request a government-issued photo ID (passport, driver’s license, or state ID) before fulfilling your order.
5. Adult Signature at Delivery
All shipments require an adult signature (21+) at delivery. The carrier will verify photo ID. If no adult signer is present, the carrier will retry, hold the package, or return it.
6. Failed Verification
Orders that fail age verification will be canceled and refunded in full. We may retain limited records of failed verifications for fraud prevention and legal compliance.
7. No Sales to Minors / Reporting
We strictly prohibit purchases on behalf of, or for resale to, minors. We cooperate with law enforcement regarding suspected violations and reserve the right to refuse service and to ban offending accounts and IP addresses.

9. Privacy of Verification Data
