Return & Refund Policy
How returns, refunds, and defective product claims work
1. Health & Safety Restrictions
For health, safety, and regulatory reasons, used, opened, activated, or tampered-with vape products are NOT eligible for return or refund, except where defective on arrival.
2. Eligible Returns
- Unopened, unused products in original sealed packaging.
- Return requested within 14 days of delivery.
- Original order number provided and item purchased directly from Online Vape Shop USA.
3. Non-Returnable Items
- Opened or used disposables, pods, cartridges, or e-liquids.
- Clearance, final-sale, or promotional bundle items.
- Items damaged by misuse, mishandling, or normal wear.
- Gift cards.
4. Defective on Arrival (DOA)
Report defects within 72 hours of delivery by emailing support@ebvapes.com with your order number, the device’s batch/serial code, and a short video showing the defect. After verification we will replace the unit or issue a refund. Manufacturer warranties (where applicable) apply for hardware beyond 72 hours.
5. How to Initiate a Return
- Email support@ebvapes.com with your order number and reason.
- We will issue an RMA number and return instructions. Returns without an RMA will be refused.
- Ship at your expense (unless DOA/our error) via a trackable, insured method.
6. Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable except for DOA or fulfillment errors. A restocking fee of up to 15% may apply.
7. Wrong Item Received
If you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days. We will arrange a prepaid return label and ship the correct item at no additional cost.
8. Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before shipping by emailing support@ebvapes.com. Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled and must be processed as a return.
9. Failed Age Verification
If age verification fails after purchase, the order will be canceled and refunded in full to the original payment method, minus any verification or payment processor fees where applicable.
10. Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve issues. Fraudulent chargebacks will be disputed with carrier evidence and signature-on-delivery records, and may result in account termination.
